Like a diamond, pressure and heat helps mold and shape us, but more importantly, it also has a similar effect on the people we interact with. Participants will learn the Diamond Rule and how to M.I.N.E. for stronger relationship.

Attendees will learn:

1. Tools: Get equipped with the M.I.N.E. process for building relationships under pressure.

2. Skills: Understand your style, and the style of those you come in contact with.

3. Empathy: Gain a deeper appreciation for what causes other people stress and find ways to reduce it.
