to your business' success. What you don't know could put you out of business. These four hours of training will provide you with a competitive advantage and make you an even more valuable asset to your clients' brand protection efforts. Let put aside some myths.

1. Product Safety is a Supplier Only Issue. False! Distributors who decorate or alter a product in any way are the supplier in the eyes of regulators.

2. Product Safety are guidelines only. False! There are Federal, State and local laws that you need to be aware of and in compliance. It is not optional.

3. I'm in Michigan and California Prop 65 does not apply to me. False! If products you source end up in California (through e-commerce sales or your client hands them out at a trade show or sales meeting there) you can be held liable for violations.

What You Will Learn

We will spend 90 minutes with: CAS Required Course - Product Safety Basics This will introduce you to the Consumer Product Safety Commission and their role, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) which are the Federal laws that you need to know.

We will discuss Proposition 65 and State Regulations to introduce you to what you need to know to keep your clients compliant where ever the promotional products may end up.

Undue Influence Training provides more protection for you as a responsible corporate citizen.

The fourth segment is an elective that provides you with the four required hours to be designated as Product Safety Aware.
